The Opportunity:

Mattel's Digital Apps & Games Team is currently looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager. This individual will be the digital marketing owner across the Digital Apps and Games apps & gaming for our beloved brands such Barbie, Hot Wheels, Thomas & Friends, Fisher-Price and UNO. Gaming is a top growth initiative for Mattel and we'd love for you to be a part of our team!

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Be a brand steward to provide support and manage licensees for marketing executions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple skill sets including: brand management, PR, UA, social media and influencer marketing
  • Review and provide production feedback on concepts, designs as well as competitive products.
  • Create marketing post mortems, presentation materials, and internal marketing plans
  • Ability to communicate clearly to developers, ad network business development, gaming platforms (app stores) and corporate executives
  • Knowledge of community management, viral channels and how to execute marketing on growth platforms
  • Interact directly with agencies, ad networks and third parties to create effective acquisition & retention marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital UA, advertising, awareness, integrated media, community and PR to develop a repeatable distribution playbook

It will be critical this position collaborates with cross-functional partners (finance, brand, marketing, PR, social media, publishing, development, legal etc) to ensure the internal teams have the proper tools, process, programs and alignment to meet all outlined KPI's and revenue goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing role for digital gaming company, mobile experience preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative modeling skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Team builder and thought leader
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to present information to senior executives and partners
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and planning skills
  • Some travel required
