In this role, you will:

  • Build out and QA check campaigns in our internal platform to ensure smooth execution

  • Optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed client goals and KPIs

  • Compile reports and analyze data on all campaigns to provide clients with actionable insights

  • Develop post-campaign materials and data collection to encourage repeat business

  • Identify campaign opportunities for clients to grow accounts

  • Troubleshoot campaigns and work to resolve any delivery issues

  • Partner with internal Magnite teams across Sales, Product, and Media Planning to ensure successful campaign delivery

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years experience, ideally in the digital advertising space

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • A foundational understanding of the digital advertising landscape

  • Effective time management skills; ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities

  • A solutions-oriented mindset to troubleshooting and problem-solving

In Washington, the base salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $78,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).

In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $67,000 - $75,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
