This job will be part of the Keysight's Communication and Solutions Group, which is responsible for solutions in the Wireless Data Ecosystem, including wireless devices, operators, internet infrastructure, and Aerospace & Defense.

Working with world class engineers and measurement experts, you will be expected to become measurement science leader in a team that creates core algorithm library shared by multiple Keysight Signal Generation and Signal Analysis products.

We are looking for a candidate who can lead core algorithm research and development, including measurement speed and accuracy optimization, investigate challenging technical issues to address critical customer's needs.

• BS, MS or PhD Degree or equivalent in EE with 6+ years of experience in related industry
• Expertise in signal processing theory, algorithms, and implementation techniques
• Knowledge of communication systems, time and frequency domain analysis including architectural tradeoffs and partitioning impacts
• Proficiency in C++ programming language, familiarity with Matlab
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a geographically dispersed team, desire to collaborate with worldwide cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Strong verbal & written communication skills

Additional Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of GPU programming for accelerated computation
• Experience with Baseband through RF/ Microwave/Millimeter measurement systems such as: signal analyzers, signal generators, I/Q generation, frequency/time domain analysis, and vector network analysis
• Experience with RF/uW/mmW/analog circuit analysis and design evaluation

Santa Rosa Pay Range: MIN$132,000.00- MAX $220,000.00
