Chief Operating Officer, EHCW
JOB PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides leadership, supervision, and expertise for quality and operational effectiveness across all Educational Health Center of Wyoming (EHCW) clinics. The COO evaluates and optimizes the resource utilization of each clinic in attaining an environment where our patients can access care, be valued, and thrive. The COO coordinates with the CFO and CMO as well as on-site medical leadership to ensure the clinics provide a quality healthcare service with the support of the clinical support teams.
The COO is responsible for the achievement of strategic priorities of the organization and further opportunities that can enhance EHCW's ability to provide healthcare services. The COO provides administrative and operational leadership for the clinics while working closely with the CEO, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to ensure organizational sustainability. The COO will be located within the UW Family Medicine clinic in Cheyenne, WY.
