Job Description

Overview

Put your combination of expertise in desktop support and superior customer service skills to use at our Redlands Headquarters! This is a great opportunity to further develop your knowledge of desktop support technologies and provide innovative customer-based solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver, set up, and install audio/visual (A/V) equipment in conference rooms and auditoriums on the Esri campus
  • Deploy new A/V hardware and software
  • Support conference room systems and related equipment
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance and a range of repairs to audio/video equipment, video conferencing equipment, and IT-related equipment in conference rooms
  • Operate video and audio equipment to record classes, lectures, seminars, or conferences on an as-needed basis

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of various applications of audio and video equipment in varying operational circumstances
  • PC and Mac troubleshooting skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems including general troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and presentation connectivity to audio/video equipment
  • Knowledge of video conferencing technologies and/or software

$19$31 USD
