This position is a member of the Accounts Payable team, reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, and is primarily responsible for processing, within National Wildlife Federation's (NWF) established policies and procedures, invoices, purchase order payments, expense reimbursements and charges made through NWF's corporate card program. In addition to these responsibilities, the position also participates in A/P cross training and provides back up support for other A/P functions. Interacts with vendors and NWF staff on a daily basis, and works with every department within NWF in order to process payments efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. Participates in process improvement and the maintenance of a strong level of internal controls. The position requires excellent customer service and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $62,000, commensurate with experience.
