Job Description:

Job Title: Financial Analyst

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the overall support of the GlobalWPSteam. Support includes financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis, invoice tracking , and special projects as needed. This position will work closely with the local management team and across the company. The position will report to the US-based GAO Financial Controller.

Job Responsibilities include:

*Monthly/Quarterly close activities (PO analysis & accruals, journal vouchers)

. Partner with the Facility team to prepare&maintain annual budgets and forecast update for for Opex, Restructuring, and Capital

*Actual and forecast analysis and reporting, including spending, headcount, CapEx Cash Flow,

. Prepare allocation model to assign facility spend to Business units and GL functions

. Partner with the lease administration team to prepare and maintain ASC 842 lease accounting Schedule

*Annual budget and strategic plan support

*Annual Fixed Asset Audit

*BSR Review-monthlyaccount reconciliations

*Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal controls

*Ad hoc research and analysis as needed by local management team and division controllers.

.* Businesspartnering as it is highly needed

Other duties could include:

*Local statutory support, including audits from local authorities and local financial reporting

*M&A support

Position/Skill Requirements:

*Strong Analytical & Excel skills

*Excellent communication skills

*Ability to work independently & with international team

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance and 12+ years of related experience or MBA preferred and10+ years of related experience

Additional Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $109,200 - $182,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
