The Environmental Project Manager will be experienced technical and client leadership for large scale projects in HDR's Water Business Group. You would be interacting and leading HDR environmental sciences & planning staff CEQA & NEPA practitioners, and other multi-disciplinary staff. The position will involve working closely with HDR leadership to drive program development in Southern California, focusing on water resource clients/projects. The candidate must have a strong CEQA & NEPA technical understanding and experience in integrated water resources planning, water supply, treatment, and conveyance, flood control and stormwater, groundwater resources, and/or coastal water resources. The candidate should possess a balanced portfolio of skills to perform business development which requires networking and developing leads, establishing/managing client relationships, and strategic thinking for both our clients and internal programs.

The expected compensation range for this position is $112,000 - $167,000 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.
