Kapili Services (Kapili) is a Native Hawaiian Organization Owned (NHO) 8(a) certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).

Certified in 2016, Kapili is the fourth company established under the Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs). The Alaka`ina Foundation FOCs is comprised of industry-recognized government service firms who are designated as Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO)-Owned and 8(a) certified businesses. The FOCs also includes Ke`aki Technologies, Kupono Government Services, and Laulima Government Solutions.

Our mix of capabilities, NHO procurement advantage, and contract vehicles present a strong tool set to the Federal acquisition community. These features create a total solutions package that is compelling and can support a variety of acquisition strategies. Through our total solutions, Kapili can perform on a broad range of Information Technology (IT), Scientific, Medical, and Professional services mission support requirements. Our company name reflects both our Hawaiian heritage and our aspirations. By selecting a word from Hawaiian language, we are celebrating a rich and respected culture and distinguishing ourselves as a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) small business. Our purpose, our “Why,” is the Alaka`ina Foundation. The goal of Alaka`ina 501(c)3 is to ensure that the young men and women of Hawai`i have the skills and competencies they need to be effective leaders.
