Job Summary

Our Administrative Assistant is more than just your typical, run of the mill admin! You'll be working directly with our sales team, operations team, some rad production staff and of course our awesome customers.

You'll assist in creating proposals, generating leads, scheduling appointments and managing arborist calendars. You'll perform out bound calls, work on annual renewals and second sales. You'll get to work alongside tree and lawn care experts to provide a seamless, high-level of service, as they sell quality customized services to both our residential and commercial clients. Our team thrives on ownership, authenticity and of course, a healthy dose of hustle!

Administrative Assistant

Schedule:

7 am - 4 pm. Monday-Friday, with one Saturday monthly.  Or Tuesday-Saturday for the Spring/Summer/Fall season. 

What a day is like:

The Administrative Assistant's main focus will be to provide sales support through making outbound sales calls, lead generation, assisting with proposals, scheduling appointments and maintaining multiple sales calendars. They provide world-class customer service by answering incoming customer calls, solving customer service issues, assisting with AR and processing payments.  The position further supports the Boulder branch by maintaining the customer database and info, completing paperwork accurately and efficiently, and providing general administrative and office support to our various other departments.

What kind of person are we looking for?  Someone with:

  • A desire to learn and grow within the business and Arboricultural industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Previous success with outbound calling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Database systems desired (we will train you on our programs)
  • Experience with multiline phone systems
  • 2+ years of experience in sales type customer service a plus
  • An eye for excellence and accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be authorized to lawfully work in the U.S
