The Product Promotions Manager will be responsible for facilitating and delivering exceptional learning experiences, both on-site and through web conferencing to our new and current customers. In this role you will guide, advise, and train end-users to develop an understanding of E-Tab technology. The Product Promotions Manager is responsible for properly and effectively marketing and representing Arrow products and services to achieve target goals and meet defined revenue expectations. Ultimately, the Product Promotions Manager is responsible for generating new leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the training of new and potential clients to further understand E-Tabs and the benefits to their organization. This includes commanding the audience and sharing best practices and successes of our product. Additionally, you will work with current clients to build strong relationships through understanding their process, assisting with best practices, and having value-driven conversations to ensure they are tracking toward their goals.

Your concise and highly effective list of specific duties are as follows:

* Lead training and teach the process and product with a consistent, proven approach

* Consult on process best practices, that will result in strong participation and retention especially around revenue driving functionality for the organization

* Execute on-site leadership business review and consultation

* Work with clients to understand expectations and educate clients on best practices

* Proactively assist the client with successful habits for best results in Sales and Service

* Effectively work with clients to help achieve their business goals and work closely with internal team members to ensure new services are presented to the client to promote additional client success

* Demonstrate the ability to interpret data, arrive at appropriate conclusions and communicate effectively to clients

* Document interactions and activities into a Customer Relationship Management tool

QUALIFICATIONS

* Ability to work simultaneously with diverse personalities with varying experience levels

* Ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances and personalities

* Superior written and verbal communication skills

* Strong leadership and collaboration skills

* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Strong presentation skills, comfortable with public speaking

* A BS/BA degree

* Preferable, but not required, experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and document management software
